A career in Partner Affairs will provide strategic and operational support to current and former partners of the Firm. As a Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
Requirements
- Support in formulating, planning and driving practice's strategic initiatives
- Act as an advisor to the team lead by providing insights and observations from a business lens
- Prepare compelling presentations and other communication materials for Assurance
- Coordinate and attend leadership meetings and keep track of initiatives to ensure follow-through
- Plan and organise relevant practice's events
- Collaborate with regional partners and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless communication
- Deal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations.
- Move easily between big picture thinking and managing relevant detail.
- Contribute to an environment where people and technology thrive together to accomplish more than they could apart.
- Navigate the complexities of cross-border and/or diverse teams and engagements.
- Be part of any special projects on an ad hoc basis
