Senior Manager - Workforce Rewards Advisory

Our Rewards Advisory team sits within our Workforce Management Advisory Business unit, as part of our wider Managed Services practice. As a Senior Manager, you'll help clients develop total rewards strategies in attracting and retaining talent, ensuring that the way their employees are rewarded is aligned to corporate strategy, is cost effective and best supports employee performance and engagement.

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline
• At least 12 years of experience of working in a rewards team
• Able to project manage a team
• Strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships
• Strong report writing and analytical skills
