Job Description
At PwC, our people in tax services focus on providing advice and guidance to clients on tax planning, compliance, and strategy. Those in mergers and acquisition tax at PwC will focus on providing tax advice and guidance during mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 4 years of experience
- CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials
- Juris Doctorate (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation field of study
- Proficiency in partnership taxation and qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Proficiency in U.S. federal income tax law related to partnerships
- Advanced technical writing and reviewing skills
- Ability to develop and sustain meaningful client relationships
- Experience in defining resource requirements and project workflow
- Proven leadership in establishing direction and motivating team members
