Requirements

• Professional care and first point of contact for clients
• Telephone and email correspondence, as well as appointment management
• Management and monitoring of deadlines
• Preparation, control, and forwarding of documents for accounting, payroll, and tax consulting
• Support in creating and sending documents, evaluations, and reports
• Document management, filing, and digitization of documents
• Support with administrative tasks in the firm's daily operations
• General organizational tasks to support the firm's operation
• Completed commercial education (HAS, HAK, etc.)
• Experience in a tax advisory firm
• Good knowledge of standard procedures in the industry (deadline management, client correspondence, preparation of documents for accounting/payroll/tax consulting, etc.)
• Secure handling of MS Office (especially Word, Excel)
• Ideally, experience with BMD (not mandatory)
• Structured, accurate, and reliable working style
• High service orientation and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Discretion, reliability, and teamwork
