Job Description
PXGEO is seeking an experienced Asset & Inventory Manager to lead the effective management of equipment assets within the marine seismic survey industry. The successful candidate will ensure that assets are accurately tracked, optimally utilized, and strategically managed to drive operational efficiency, control costs, and support long-term business objectives.
Requirements
- Lead the development of a long-term Strategic Asset Management Plan
- Own and maintain the company’s asset management system
- Develop, implement, and maintain effective inventory control systems
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and audits
- Analyze asset performance metrics, including OEE, downtime, reliability, and utilization
- Develop tools to monitor and report KPIs: OEE, downtime, reliability, utilization, and lifecycle costs
- Translate SAMP objectives into actionable operational plans for asset classes or functional areas
- Ensure integration of the asset management plan with other aspects of the management system (e.g., quality, environmental, safety)
