Job Description
Pyramid is seeking an Oracle DBA with NetApp for a contract position. The ideal candidate will have a strong core DBA skills, experience with NetApp cloning, and expertise in Oracle security. The position is based in Englewood Cliffs, NJ and is a 6-month contract.
Requirements
- Strong Core DBA Skills 8i, 9i, 10g/11g R1 & R2
- Experience in Backup/Recovery
- Experience/Exposure in Oracle Enterprise Manager, RMAN, Dataguard, Performance tuning, Load Balancing
- Experience with NetApp Cloning
- Experience with Oracle security (Label Security, Oracle Vault)
- Experience in Real Application Cluster (RAC) & Automatic Storage management (ASM)
- Experience in Installation, Maintenance/Support of Production and Development Environment
- Database Upgrade experience
- Expert understanding of technology systems and infrastructure
- Expert knowledge of technology and software design and deployment principles
