Job Description
Backend Developer - AWS Connect job description: We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of software development experience, strong knowledge of AWS, and experience with API strategy, development, and management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Software development (APIs, Web services, Web applications, apps, etc)
- Experience with AWS Connect solution design and implementation, and continuous improvement/maintenance
- Experience with RESTful API strategy, development and management
- Strong knowledge of AWS
- Understanding of modern web applications and SPAs
- Familiar with leading technologies enabling DevOps (CI/CD)
- Broad experience with Java
- Familiar with managing workloads in Kubernetes
- Strong knowledge of branching strategies and Git
- Strong knowledge of using code analysis tools like Checkstyle, PMD, Spotbugs
- Familiar with SCA tool like dependency checks
- Familiar with Bash scripting
- Extensive experience with Microservices concepts like Authentication and Authorization, logging, correlation, observability and tracing
- Ability to support and monitor APIs / software that is deployed to production
- Ability to deliver complex technology programs in agile environments
