Job Description
Backend Developers needed for Java development, design, build, and maintenance of software and integrations. Requirements include a tertiary qualification in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar discipline, and experience with Java, JavaScript, and deployment tools.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar discipline
- Minimum 5-10 years experience working in an Operational and/or Software Engineering role
- Expertise with deployment, automation, configuration management, and optimisation tools
- Strong experience in Java, JavaScript, network automation, Software Defined Networking, and NFVi concepts and technology
- Practical experience with Continuous Integration and Delivery pipelines
- Experience designing and implementing Infrastructure-as-Code, such as Terraform
- Excellent written and verbal communication, problem solving, and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and consultative skills
