Infra (Telco Cloud) Project Manager

Job Description for Infra (Telco Cloud) Project Manager in Sydney location. The position resides within the Project Delivery function, responsible for delivery including scope, time, budget and stakeholders. The Project Manager must have experience with Virtualised Infrastructure deployment and strong financial management skills.

Requirements

• Develop, manage and improve stakeholder relations both internal and external
• Use of project management artefacts to ensure effective outcomes
• Lead in the identification of business impacts resulting from project implementation and proactively manage them
• Provide appropriate resource, reporting and financial management inputs to ensure on time delivery
• Deliver financial submissions and updates to sponsors and senior stakeholders in accordance with Optus capital management processes
• Prepare monthly financial forecasts and reconciliations against budget to ensure forecasting variance maintained within 10%
• Prepare resource plans and manage ongoing resource forecasts
• End to end accountability for on time/budget delivery of projects and change requests
