Process Analyst role involves identifying opportunities, creating solutions, and executing process improvements in Signavio Products and other BPM tools. The role requires experience in process modelling, BPMN 2.0 standard, and automation of business processes. The candidate will work with clients to simplify and improve their operations and develop business cases for process automation.
Requirements
- Ability to identify opportunities and create solutions
- Hands-on experience in Signavio Products or other BPM tools
- Complete understanding of process modelling and BPMN 2.0 standard
- Experience working with ERP & CRM systems, data extraction, data analysis, reporting, etc.
- Experience with SQL, database technologies, ETL, and/or programming
- Process mapping and identifying non-value add steps
- Continuous Improvement Projects
- Automation, Robotics, and other technology solutions
- Developing business cases, analysing clients as-is processes, and creating end-to-end automation solution blueprints
