Job Description
Field-implement an established construction planning program for projects within the Electrical Transmission industry. Travel to/from field projects to implement and audit the program is a significant part of the position.
Requirements
- Share and educate construction team members on construction methods
- Document current problems and understand root causes of construction inefficiencies and errors
- Facilitate discussions towards implementing construction process improvements
- Collaborate with others to create process improvement programs
- Provide feedback on cross-functional relationships
- Facilitate improved communication between all cross-functional relationships
