Scrum Master | Agile Coach

Pyxis is looking for Scrum Masters and Agile team coaches who will make client mandates. They will assist the Scrum team in delivering a product or system in accordance with the process, schedule, and costs foreseen. They will act as facilitators to the team and the Product Owner.

Requirements

• Remove obstacles that prevent the team from achieving iteration objectives.
• Animate team meetings.
• Support the team during the iteration.
• Measure the team's velocity.
• Accompany the team in estimation and task breakdown.
• Accompany the Product Owner in maintaining and ordering the product backlog.
• Intervene with clients in the context of mandates for transition or Agile accompaniment.
• Assist teams in setting up Agile development approaches.
• Accompany Scrum Masters to help them master their role.
• Stay up-to-date with Agile development best practices and share them.
