Job Description
Join Q Analysts, a Qualitest Company, as a Customer Service Representative (Field)/ Data Collection Technician for a 10-12 week contract. The role involves data collection directly at participant homes and offices in the Burlingame Area using sophisticated prototype equipment. The ideal candidate has customer service skills, technology skills, and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Experience in a related role such as customer service or data collection
- Comfortable using MacBook Pro and iPhone
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and its components (SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Google Sheets)
- College degree preferred and 2+ years working in a team environment
