Job Description
Project and Territory Development Manager for Q ENERGY, a major player in the French renewable energy market, to develop, build, and operate wind and solar power projects in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and Bourgogne Franche Comté regions. The role involves identifying new solar projects, securing land, developing them until the launch of the study phase, and representing Q ENERGY on the territory. The position requires a strong background in urban planning, territorial development, rural law, real estate, or engineering, with significant experience in land and/or development, and proven negotiation skills.
Requirements
- Bac+5 degree in urban planning, territorial development, rural law, real estate, or engineering
- Significant experience in land and/or development
- Proven negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Rigorous with solid analytical skills
- Excellent command of French
- Ease in using cartographic and geomatic tools
- Good level of English
