Commercial Legal Counsel (all genders)

Q ENERGY is seeking a Commercial Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal advice to business units on all matters of commercial law, particularly in connection with commercial transactions, ensuring compliance with applicable German, EU, and relevant international legal frameworks.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ post-qualification experience as a Commercial Legal Counsel in-house, or as a Commercial Lawyer at a corporate law firm
• Strong track record of advising on commercial transactions, with the ability to deliver clear, pragmatic, and business-oriented legal solutions in fast-paced environments
• Deep expertise in German civil and commercial contract law, with excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Broad experience across commercial agreements and corporate governance matters
• Confident in navigating regulatory frameworks and ensuring compliance across business operations
• Business-fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus
