Microsoft 365 Expert F/H - CDI - Montpellier

Q ENERGY France is a major player in the renewable energy market in France, with over 25 years of experience in developing, building, and operating wind and solar projects. We are seeking a Microsoft 365 Specialist to strengthen our digital transformation roadmap and improve our Digital Workplace. The role aims to deliver a secure, high-performing, and business-aligned Digital Workplace serving as a centralized platform for internal communication, document management, and collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Specialist, Digital Workplace Engineer, or in a similar role
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online
• Experience with the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) or Logic Apps
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting (PnP.PowerShell is a strong plus)
• Good understanding of security, governance, and compliance concepts (MFA, Conditional Access, data lifecycle)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and collaboration abilities
• Professional working proficiency in English
