Requirements
- 5-10 years of progressive experience in oil & gas sales, preferably within artificial lift or sucker rods
- Strong technical understanding of rod-lift systems and field applications
- Demonstrated success managing key accounts and closing complex sales
- Established industry relationships and market knowledge
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel as required
