Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Officer (CPA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of financial principles and practices.
Requirements
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions in the general ledger
- Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Reconcile bank accounts and other balance sheet accounts
- Prepare and submit tax returns and other compliance reports
- Monitor and analyze budget variances and provide recommendations for improvement
- Assist with the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
- Communicate financial information to management and other stakeholders
- Provide support for internal and external audits
- Keep up-to-date with accounting regulations and best practices
