Job Description
We're seeking a Lead, Developer Experience Platform Engineer to lead the technical vision and execution of our internal platform offerings, enabling product teams to build, deploy, and operate applications at scale with confidence.
Requirements
- Define and evolve the architecture for core platform services
- Lead complex initiatives that cross team and organizational boundaries
- Partner with software engineers and architects to deliver platform capabilities
- Mentor and coach engineers across teams
- Evaluate and introduce new technologies that improve our platform's performance
- Act as a technical advisor in incident response and root cause analysis
