Lead Operations Analyst

We are seeking a Lead Operations Analyst to join our Strategic Operations Team. This role involves overseeing key operational initiatives, leveraging tools like Salesforce, Jira, Python, SQL, Power BI and advanced Excel. You will support operational transitions and business operations by developing capacity models, analyzing performance trends, building insightful dashboards, and collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience with a Master's degree in a similar role
• Strong analytics-first mindset with proven problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Hands-on experience with advanced Excel, SQL, and Python for data analysis, modelling, and reporting
• Working knowledge of analytics and operational tools such as Jira, Salesforce, Power BI, Qualtrics, or similar platforms
• Demonstrated experience building dashboards, data models, documentation, and analytical deliverables using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience managing stakeholder expectations and providing data-driven recommendations in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Collaborative team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a client-first mindset
