The ideal candidate will have proven experience in billing and finance, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and strong attention to detail.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Billing Specialist or in a similar accounting or finance role
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong understanding of billing processes and contract based invoicing
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to identify numerical and data discrepancies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a high volume environment
