Job Description
Redzone is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to align with the EMEA Sales and Marketing team supporting the DACH region. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, executing, and measuring quarterly Field Marketing plans, including in-person events, webinars, and integrated campaigns, to fill the funnel and accelerate to close.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing
- A minimum of five years of software/technology field marketing experience
- Knowledge of Marketo or HubSpot, Salesforce, and other MarTech is preferred
- Strong demand generation experience building multi-touch, integrated campaigns
- Excellent strategic thinking skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Ability to be creative, efficient, and productive with minimal supervision or guidance
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills in English and German
