We are looking for a high-energy Solution Consultant to join our New Business Sales team. The role involves partnering with Account Executives to win new logos, acting as the primary product and industry expert throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements
- Five+ years within a sales environment selling ERP.
- Contagious Energy: Demonstrated ability to maintain high morale and activity levels during long-tail deals.
- Pre-Sales Experience: A proven track record in a customer-facing Solution Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Pre-Sales role within the enterprise software (SaaS) space.
- Manufacturing/Supply Chain Acumen: A solid understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and quality management principles.
- Problem-Solving DNA: The ability to think on your feet, translate technical jargon into business value, and adapt quickly during live, outcome-focused demonstrations when conditions change.
- Modern Skills: Experience with Generative AI in the workplace to make tasks efficient.
- Languages: Fluent in English and one or more of German, French or Dutch.
- Ability to Travel: Up to 25% travel, for customer visits, industry conferences, QAD meetings and occasional international travel.
