Requirements
- Own leads until meetings are successfully held (hybrid inbound + outbound)
- Respond quickly to merchant inquiries and qualify leads from multiple contact channels in a timely and accurate manner.
- May generate prospective customers through cold calling and may qualify and follow up with sales leads.
- Prospect and generate new opportunities
- Conduct business dealings in a way that creates a superior prospect experience that represents the Qashier brand values.
- Utilize, update and maintain the integrity of information in Qashiers CRM system
- Maximize and leverage phone time, including pre-call planning, and adhere to activity metrics.
- Collaborate with BDs, marketing & other teams.
- Qualify leads and follow up with sales leads
