Job Description
Qashier is seeking a Regional Head of Compliance to build and lead a scalable, regulator-ready compliance function that supports both growth and risk management. The role involves shaping frameworks, influencing product decisions, and working directly with leadership, regulators, and banking partners.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years in fintech, payments, banking, or regulated financial services
- Strong experience in AML/CFT, KYB, transaction monitoring, and regulatory compliance
- Proven track record engaging with regulators (e.g., MAS) and managing audits or licensing
- Experience building or scaling compliance frameworks in a fast-moving environment
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
- Strong commercial judgment — able to balance risk, speed, and growth
