Regional Performance Marketing Specialist

Qashier is seeking a Performance Marketer to be based in our Malaysia office located in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate for this position is a highly experienced performance marketer with hands-on knowledge across popular DSPs such as Meta, Instagram, Google, Mobile App (AdMob), In-App Ads, MMPs, and other paid advertising platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or other related discipline
• Advanced knowledge on Online Advertising platforms and Analytics tools for online channels
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital paid from digital marketing agencies or advertising agencies
• Target driven individual with a proven track record of delivering digital lead generation and mobile app downloads
• Collaborate with creative designers, and ability to write ad copy to develop creative assets
• Portfolio and technical assessment are required for shortlisted candidates
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional/cross-department teams
• Excellent verbal & written fluency in English (additional language is a plus) and interpersonal skills with influencing and negotiation capabilities
