Requirements
- Extensive API production expertise and understanding of chemical processes
- Proven commissioning & qualification experience with equipment like reactors, dryers, filling lines, dosing tanks, isolators
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Experience with risk-based approaches (FMEA, failure mode analysis)
- Hands-on knowledge of Delta V (DCS) and PLC systems
- Ownership mindset — you shape content, provide direction, and deliver
