Market Lead, Property

Develop and implement the annual business plan and business strategies for the portfolio(s), monitor and report on progress, identify deviations, recommend remedial action and implement it to achieve business objectives. Oversee reviews of existing portfolios/accounts and recommend strategies for growth. Implement and maintain risk control, underwriting, and systems and procedures across area of responsibility.
