The PMO Analyst role supports the delivery of value to customers, oversees projects and portfolios, and administers daily PMO operations. This hybrid role involves working in the office 2-3 days a week and requires a tertiary degree or equivalent experience.
Requirements
- Provide expert consultancy and support in project and program management tools and techniques.
- Manage key performance metrics, and value indicators, and proactively communicate project trends, risks, and issues.
- Promote best practices and standards in core skills like planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and reporting.
- Accountable for accurate gathering of project and portfolio data and preparation of communication and reports.
- Support Project and Portfolio Managers with schedules, plans, change control, and action logs.
- Ensure all necessary information is available for effective decision-making at all levels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Manage and motivate project team resources to support successful portfolio and project delivery.
- Ensure adherence to change and reporting standards and support planning activities within the team.
- Provide objective opinions on team health, collaborate with subject matter experts, and identify improvement opportunities.
