As a Project Manager, you will lead and manage projects within our organization, working closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects.
Requirements

- Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and conflicts in a timely and proactive manner

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their involvement and engagement throughout the project lifecycle
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, managing their expectations and addressing concerns
- Identify project risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and establish contingency plans
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, timeline, and objectives, ensuring appropriate communication and documentation
- Evaluate and assess project outcomes, identifying lessons learned and implementing process improvements
- Develop and manage project budgets, monitoring costs and expenses throughout the project
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, tracking project financial performance against planned budgets
- Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to ensure effective cost control and vendor management
- Implement and enforce project management methodologies, processes, and best practices
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards
- Maintain project documentation, including project charters, plans, status reports, and other relevant artifacts
