Job Description
Support the implementation of business strategies by contributing to business development and growth through cultivating relationships with clients and making informed underwriting decisions to enhance portfolio profitability.
Requirements
- Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Generate new business, retain renewals, and ensure overall profitability of designated book of business
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and complies with organisational guidelines and legislative requirements
- Contribute to pricing strategy per equipment type and location
- Monitor and review underwriting standards procedures and checklists
- Identify new business opportunities and self-insurance prospects
- Learn about new products and understand commission structures for each, in order to enhance relationships with intermediaries
