qdc GmbH seeks a consultant for management systems to lead projects for the introduction and further development of management systems, conduct internal audits, and hold workshops and training sessions. The ideal candidate has experience and qualifications in data protection and/or quality management, project leadership experience, and strong communication and team skills.

Requirements

• Completed degree, preferably with experience and qualifications in data protection and/or quality management
• At least 2 years of project leadership experience and verifiable successes in your projects
• Skills to develop and present solution proposals and concepts in a convincing and objective manner
• Well-developed communication skills and good expression ability in word and writing
• High team and customer orientation, self-reliance, discretion, and loyalty
• Flexibility, willingness to travel on business, and a high level of endurance
• Secure knowledge of the common MS Office applications
• Good English knowledge (desirable)
• German knowledge at level B2
• High self-initiative, organizational skills, and team spirit
