ScanForm Field Coordinator – Côte d'Ivoire

We are looking for a ScanForm Field Coordinator to coordinate the deployment of ScanForm in Côte d'Ivoire, working with in-country MOH and IP teams, and liaise with government to support data use and monitoring and evaluation.

Requirements

• Residency in Côte d'Ivoire
• Experience with field work and coordination of field teams
• Fluency in multiple languages, including both English and local languages in the country of residence
• Emotional intelligence and strong face-to-face communications skills
• Experience and comfort with making public presentations
• High proficiency in speaking, reading, and composing clear and correct English
• English typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
• Strong logical reasoning and attention to detail
• Experience with composing field reports and summaries
• Experience working with Excel spreadsheets
• Ability to listen carefully to our clients and communicate their desires accurately back to the team
• Ability to juggle substantial quantities of facts and figures
• Enthusiasm for technology and optimization
• Critical thinking skills, expressiveness, and team-oriented attitude
