Job Description
We are looking for a Head of People to build a scalable, data-driven People engine that supports hypergrowth while strengthening culture, alignment, and leadership maturity.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in People Ops or HR
- Strong understanding of French employment law
- Hands-on mastery of HR tools (HRIS, ATS, payroll, EOR)
- Experience hiring for technical and engineering teams
- Data fluency: you rely on metrics to improve people processes and influence decisions
