Job Description
Presales Engineer for Qevlar AI, a B2B SaaS scale-up, to support sales team and shape technical deal strategy. Job involves building strong relationships with technical evaluators, running demos, delivering Proof of Value projects, and staying close to product and market. Requires 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity, strong understanding of SOC workflows, and fluency in English and French.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in cybersecurity, ideally inside a SOC or in presales for SIEM/XDR/SOAR
- Strong understanding of alert triage, incident response, and SOC workflows
- Fluency in English and French
- Experience with technical customer interactions (workshops, troubleshooting, POVs)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build technical champions
- Technical Background: SIEM platforms, EDR/XDR stacks, SOAR / IR workflows, APIs, JSON, Postman, basic scripting (bash, Python, or PowerShell), cloud concepts, and basic networking
- Mindset: Curious, structured, and customer-obsessed
