QGenda is looking for an Implementation Consultant to help customers maximize the value of their credentialing and payor enrollment products. The consultant will work with customers to configure QGenda solutions, lead implementation and training calls, and transfer knowledge to the Customer Success team.
Requirements
- Able to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Consistently show attention to detail pertaining to product setup and configuration and have creative problem solving capabilities
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience in a related field or function
- Experience or exposure to Provider Credentialing
- Ability to travel 20-25% for customer meetings, conferences and other industry events
- Experience utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM software as well as Google Suite Products
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet
