Requirements

• Master's degree in Landscape Architecture, Environmental Design, or related field
• 10-15 years of experience in landscape architecture, with a strong focus on large, complex projects and team leadership
• Proven track record of successful project management from concept through completion, specifically in the entertainment or urban development sectors
• Expertise in sustainable design principles, environmental regulations, and landscape construction methodologies
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
