We are seeking an experienced development professional to fill the role of Senior Manager - Development Financial Analysis within our Sports Business Unit. This position is pivotal in supporting to shape our development thinking through comprehensive business planning, financial strategy, and analysis for proposed world-class sports assets.

Requirements

• Development of investment strategies, business plans, and financial frameworks for multibillion dollar development projects through development and construction
• Drive capital optimization, building sophisticated financial models to strategically assess all investment decision, with a commercial focus
• Lead complex feasibility studies and strategic assessments for major development initiatives, including guidance on capital structure, funding options, and risk management strategies
• Support with transformation initiatives in financial and commercial strategy to ensure decision making is based on best-in-class analysis and thinking
• Lead strategic due diligence and valuation of potential investments, partnerships, and development opportunities
• Guide long-term financial forecasting and scenario planning to optimize portfolio performance and returns
• Present/Communicate and justify financial insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders, supporting decision-making across the organization and within the development governance framework
• Supporting team growth, providing a dynamic leadership environment for colleagues with a focus on growing talent in this area
