HR Supervisor

QIMA is a global company that offers smart solutions for quality excellence in the consumer products, food, and life sciences industries. As an HR Supervisor, you will oversee all HR initiatives for QIMA in Vietnam and the Front-End team across Southeast Asia. This role reports directly to the Global HR Project Manager and operates as an integral part of our Global HR team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• A minimum of 4-5 years of HR experience, particularly in recruitment
• Prior experience providing HR support to expatriate employees
• Leadership or supervisory experience in an HR team
• Familiarity with SAP and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, global work environment
• Previous experience utilizing AI tools in the workplace or a strong personal familiarity with AI technology
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
