As a Contractor Control Coordinator, you will lead and coordinate the effective delivery management of contractors and control of work activities on site in accordance with all H&S policies and in particular the Construction Design Management (CDM) Regulations. You will ensure all contractors are inducted, and monitor their H&S performance regularly.
Requirements
- Previous experience of managing contractors and making sure they have all the required information needed for them to access site and work as efficiently as possible
- Strong organisation experience working with multiple stakeholders and contractors at any one point
- Computer literate and able to demonstrate a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other IT applications
- Experience and a strong understanding of engineering or facilities management/maintenance
- Working knowledge of the CDM Regulations
- IOSH/NEBOSH Managing Safety
