Requirements

• Leading tasks to support the implementation of change programmes and the continuous improvement of process, ways of working, and ultimately culture
• A working understanding and knowledge of 'lean' methodologies, engineering project lifecycles and configurations management
• High degree of computer literacy, including the use of finance tools, databases, and proficiency in the use of Microsoft products
