Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of complex features that directly support our mission. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will have the autonomy to make high-impact decisions, the space to solve difficult technical challenges, and the support of a strong engineering community.
Requirements
- Lead the development of large, complex features from initial design to final delivery
- Be a subject matter expert, guiding technical debates and solving complex defects
- Proactively improve team efficiency, onboard new members, remove blockers, and be a force for breaking down knowledge silos
- Mentor and grow other engineers, helping them develop their skills and improve our standards for quality and documentation
- Contribute to technical roadmaps, challenge design choices, and work with customers to identify and scope new opportunities
