• Solid experience in software development using.NET, C#, MongoDB and AWS
• Proven ability to guide, mentor, and elevate engineering teams
• Confidence in technical and architectural discussions — and curiosity to explore new approaches
• A user‐centric mindset with a focus on real customer impact
• Experience working with agile ways of working in a modern engineering environment
• A strong grasp of engineering fundamentals and best practices
• Experience and curiosity in how to work with AI
• Experience from working with Buy Now Pay Later products
