ServiceNow Application Development Technical Lead for a Wealth Management client, responsible for designing and architecting ServiceNow solutions, leading technical design and development, and providing technical leadership and mentorship.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, administration, or platform engineering
- 3+ years of experience in a senior or lead technical role on the ServiceNow platform
- Deep hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting, APIs, data models, and workflows
- Experience with ServiceNow architecture, best practices, and upgrade strategies
- Experience leading technical design and guiding other engineers
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience operating ServiceNow as a product or platform (CoE or platform ownership model)
- Experience in large global enterprise environments
- Background in Agile / Scrum delivery models
