Module Design Engineering Intern

Qorvo is seeking a supportive Module Design Engineering Intern to contribute to the development of GaAs HBT power amplifier and transmit modules for wireless communications applications. The internship program offers real work experience, mentorship, and learning opportunities within a collaborative team environment. Interns will work in high-performance analog and cellular segments of the company.

Requirements

• Pursuing BS, MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or similar
• Course work (including lab) in RF circuit design
• Good knowledge of S-parameters, transmission lines and Smith chart
• Excellent speaking, presentation skills
