Job Description
Qorvo is seeking an Applications Engineer to support next-generation RF GaN and GaAs biasing ICs used in radar, SATCOM, and high-performance communication systems. Responsibilities include designing evaluation boards, creating technical documentation, and collaborating with design and product teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field)
- 5-10 years of experience in analog, mixed-signal IC, and power supply applications and design
- Hands-on experience with GaN or GaAs biasing, RF power amplifier systems, and power management circuits
