Sr RF Product Quality Engineer

Support new product development, product qualification, and ongoing product quality for production products, and drive improvement in reliability and quality of products and technologies.

Requirements

• Minimum BS degree in Engineering (or higher), such as BSEE or MSEE
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the RF field is required
• Strong understanding of Integrated Circuit development and manufacturing processes, and of RF systems and products
• Firm knowledge of high-frequency RF product fabrication, testing, and failure modes is required
• Knowledge of semiconductor device packaging is required
• Understanding and experience with product qualification efforts based upon JEDEC, JESD47, and MIL-STD-883
• Experience with statistical analysis tools and methods
• Training and experience in LEAN and Six Sigma; Green or Black Belt certification is highly desired
• Knowledge of problem-solving techniques and data analysis methodologies like Spotfire, JMP, etc.
