Requirements
- 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within tech, preferably fintech
- Proven track record of leading high-performing HR teams
- Strong experience in change management, culture and leadership development
- Hands-on work with performance management
- Experience driving talent acquisition strategy and workforce planning
- Experience with org design and reorganization initiatives
- A strategic but hands-on working style
- A data-driven and business-oriented approach
