Chief Human Resources Officer

We're looking for a senior HR leader to lead our People & HR function through the next phase of growth, setting strategic direction and driving people agenda end-to-end.

Requirements

• 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within tech, preferably fintech
• Proven track record of leading high-performing HR teams
• Strong experience in change management, culture and leadership development
• Hands-on work with performance management
• Experience driving talent acquisition strategy and workforce planning
• Experience with org design and reorganization initiatives
• A strategic but hands-on working style
• A data-driven and business-oriented approach
