We are looking for a Dutch Sales Manager to lead our outbound sales performance and conversion funnel for the Dutch market, increasing awareness and growing the user base for Qeld VISA cards and Qeld Business loan.
Requirements
- Coach and motivate the assigned country Sales Team daily to ensure consistent delivery against performance targets.
- Manage the new customer outbound sales funnel by gathering prospect lists, refining sales pitches, and mastering the pipeline.
- Identify and eliminate blockers within the sales process to continuously improve team efficiency and conversion rates.
- Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and development of new team members to support our scaling efforts.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align the sales function with broader business goals.
