Job Description
Qred is a profitable, fast-growing fintech scale-up bank looking for an Engineering Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the organization's design, people management, and way of working, and will lead and support two development teams with a technical background and a passion for building high-performing teams.
Requirements
- Passion for mentoring and developing engineering talent
- Technical background with broad full-stack experience
- Minimum two years of experience in a Head of Engineering or five years of experience in a Engineering Manager role in a sizable organization
- University engineering degree
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and modern software development principles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across functions
- Experience with Claude code for automating tasks and streamline agentic way of working
